Reservation Regulations
1. Shifts and occupation of the tracks
- Reservations will have a minimum duration of 90 minutes and may be extended by 30-minute intervals.
- A maximum of 4 players per court is allowed during each turn.
2. Reservation system
Reservations can be managed through:
- Our official website www.pickle4all.com.
- Our official mobile app.
- In person at the club reception.
- By phone at 923 707 994, provided the user has an activated wallet voucher.
3. Reservation confirmation
- Reservations will only be considered confirmed after the corresponding payment has been made.
4. Cancellations and changes
- Reservations may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the start of the reserved shift.
- The amount will be refunded as a wallet balance available for future reservations.
- Cancellations or modifications made outside of this period will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Wallet
1. Generalities
- The purchase of a wallet voucher implies acceptance of these conditions.
- The club reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time, giving at least 30 days' notice.
2. Validity and Renewal
- Wallet vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- After this time, the voucher will be canceled and no refunds will be issued for unused credit.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
- Members can request cancellation of their voucher at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused periods.
- The club reserves the right to cancel a voucher if the subscriber fails to comply with these conditions.
4. Limitations of Liability
- The club is not responsible for the unavailability of courts due to special events, maintenance, or force majeure.
- Discounts and benefits may be subject to change based on internal club policies.
